Inside the holiday camp of Soetwater, on the way from Kommetjie to Scarborough, is a little known spot called I&J’s, which is easy and fun and uncrowded. Not an epic or world class break by any means but if you want uncrowded and mellow, this is it. Go through the paypoint and vear left along the way. Opposite a tiny bridge and grass verge is a tiny kelp bay with lefts and rights. |

Nothing to be had here except the goodies you bring yourself. There are toilets at the camp site if you don’t want to wee in your wetsuit. You are meant to pay to enter the camp site, but the sentries will let you go in and check it out and then pay on the way out if you decide to stay. |
